These guidelines explain what kind of essays, reflections, articles and serious contributions may be submitted to Ask Syed Raheel Shahzad for editorial review.

Ask SRS accepts contributions that help readers think more clearly about books, meaning, systems thinking, faith, identity, human responsibility, society, technology, Qur’anic structure, moral formation and serious intellectual questions.
The platform is not designed for casual posting, promotional content, backlink requests, copied articles or social-media noise. Submissions should add value to the public archive.
Submit your own writing. Do not submit copied, stolen, spun or AI-mass-produced material.
A contribution should have a clear idea, readable flow and meaningful purpose.
Writing should add reflection, argument, evidence, experience or useful questions.
What you may submit
Ask SRS may consider the following types of contributions:
- Essays connected to books, systems thinking, truth, meaning, human identity or responsibility.
- Reader reflections on themes from Syed Raheel Shahzad’s books and systems.
- Structured articles on Qur’anic coherence, revelation, transformation, ethics, society or technology.
- Personal reflections that are serious, dignified and useful for wider readers.
- Book-related commentary or questions that deserve a longer written treatment.
- Analytical pieces that connect contemporary problems to deeper moral, spiritual or intellectual questions.
- Research-style notes that are readable for a public audience.
What not to submit
Submissions may be rejected without publication if they do not meet the platform standard.
- Copied articles, plagiarism, lightly rewritten content or uncredited material.
- Promotional content, SEO spam, backlink requests or advertising.
- Abusive, sectarian, racist, hateful, mocking or inflammatory writing.
- Unverified accusations against individuals, organisations or communities.
- Private, confidential or sensitive material that should not be public.
- Low-effort posts, vague reactions or content with no clear argument or value.
- Material that exists mainly to provoke, insult or derail discussion.
- Content that violates copyright, privacy, intellectual property rights or applicable law.
Writing standard
A strong Ask SRS contribution should be clear, readable and disciplined. It does not need to be academic, but it should not be careless.
Recommended structure
- Begin with a clear question, claim or problem.
- Explain why the issue matters.
- Develop the argument or reflection with order.
- Use examples, references or reasoning where useful.
- End with a clear conclusion, question or invitation to serious discussion.
Style expectations
- Use clear paragraphs.
- Avoid excessive jargon unless necessary.
- Avoid shouting, slogans or emotional exaggeration.
- Quote sources carefully and avoid long copied passages.
- Write for readers, not algorithms.
Contributor identity
When submitting, provide a name or display name, email address, country or city where relevant, and a short contributor note if requested. The platform may use this information for review, communication and publication attribution.
Do not impersonate another person, organisation, scholar, public figure or institution. Do not submit under a misleading identity.
Editorial review process
Submitting an article or essay does not guarantee publication. Ask SRS may review the submission for relevance, quality, originality, clarity, platform fit and moderation risk.
After submission, the platform may:
- Approve and publish the article.
- Reject the article without publication.
- Hold it for further review.
- Request revision or clarification.
- Edit formatting, headings, spelling or readability.
- Move it to a better category.
- Convert it into a discussion prompt or official note topic where appropriate.
Editorial decisions are made to protect the purpose and quality of the platform.
Rights and publication permission
By submitting material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You remain responsible for what you submit.
You give Ask SRS permission to review, edit, format, publish, excerpt, archive and display the submitted material on the platform and connected official channels where appropriate.
Once published, material may be indexed by search engines and may be visible to the public.
Use of sources
If your contribution uses sources, references, quotations, books, articles, reports, websites or public materials, represent them honestly. Do not distort sources or present someone else’s work as your own.
- Use short quotations where needed.
- Credit authors, books, articles or websites where relevant.
- Do not copy large sections from other works.
- Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
- Do not invent references or attribute claims falsely.
Connection to books and systems
Contributions may connect to the wider author platform, including The Source of Truth System, The Qur’anic Coherence System, Adam and the Answerable Being, The Architect’s Protocol, and other public work of Syed Raheel Shahzad.

Before submitting an article or essay, ask:
- Does this add clarity?
- Is it serious enough for public reading?
- Is it respectful even where it disagrees?
- Is it original or properly credited?
- Does it belong on Ask SRS rather than as a casual social post?
- Would this still be useful after the immediate moment has passed?
